Thick, smooth and flavourful, this smoothie is easy to make with milk, yogourt and plenty of fruit. Ready in no time, as seen in the video, this recipe helps you get a good breakfast even when you’re tight on time. What a fantastic way to start the day!

In a blender, or in a tall cup using an immersion blender, combine banana, yogurt, milk, mixed fruit, honey and vanilla extract and purée until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Tips

For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana until solid and use frozen fruit.

Use chocolate milk and omit the honey.
