Dash of hot pepper sauce- optional

Yields: 1 1/3 cups (330 mL)

Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
3 tbsp (45 mL) peanut butter
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice or 
lime juice

Preparation

Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.

Use as a dip for vegetables, pita chips, chicken wings or chicken fingers.
