Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% or 18% thick cream
2 tbsp (30 mL) Canadian Parmesan, finely grated
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) capers, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon zest
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

In a bowl or mason jar, combine cream with Parmesan, garlic, capers and lemon zest; season with pepper.

Serve on your favourite lettuce topped with croutons.
