Ingredients

1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
1 cup (250 mL) 35 % cream
1/4 cup (60 mL) Canadian Parmesan, grated

Preparation

Start by sautéing a small onion in butter. When it’s golden brown, ladle in some cream and bring everything to a gentle boil.

Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes and then remove from heat. Finish with Canadian Parmesan.
