1 medium banana, quartered
2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Strawberry Starter:
2 cups (500 mL) Milk
2 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) sliced frozen strawberries, thawed

Pineapple-Grapefruit Lift:
2 cups (500 mL) Milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed pineapple
1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen sweetened grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey

Wake-Up Shake-Up:
1 cup (250 mL) Milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) drained sliced canned peaches
1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Preparation

Combine ingredients for each drink in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
