Lunchbox Solutions for Kids Who Like Finger Foods
Want mini-munchies with big, wholesome flavours?
Ready-to-eat lunch combinations are expensive and offer very little nutrition. Instead, have your children make their own. Invest in a set of small reusable containers and have your children fill them with foods from each of the four food groups. For example, you can have whole grain crackers or mini baguettes, with hummus, cherry tomatoes and snow peas and slices of Canadian Gouda cheese. Children can create their own little mini stackable bites in a cinch!
