Feta Organic - Happy Days

Handmade in small batches, this Organic Feta is fresh and bright with grassy notes, and begins with a tangy zest on the palate that ends with a salty finish.

Made by Happy Days

Donat Koller grew up in Switzerland on a small dairy farm. After studying cheese making and working on other farms, he immigrated to Canada in 1993 and founded Happy Days Dairy. The organic cow milk used in the cheese comes from the McLeod family farm in the Shuswap, where the animals graze in pastures at the foot of Mount Ida.
