Ingredients

2 cans (14 oz – 398 mL each) mango slices, drained
2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Mascarpone
1 cup (250 mL) Milk

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tips

For more sweetness and a thinner Lassi, use mango syrup.
