Ingredients

5 mini pita loaves, toasted
1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) homemade or store-bought hummus

1 tsp (5 mL) fresh basil, chopped
Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Spread hummus onto pita loaves.

Top with Feta, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.

Add pepper to taste.
