Ingredients

1 can (6-oz /170 g) tuna*, drained
1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped green bell pepper
3 tbsp (45 mL) mayonnaise
2 large flour tortillas
8 slices of Canadian Swiss cheese
Leaf lettuce

Preparation

Combine tuna, red and green bell peppers and mayonnaise. Divide mixture between tortillas; spread evenly.

Line each tortilla with 4 cheese slices and lettuce. Roll up and slice.

Tips

* You can use 1 can (7 1/2 oz / 213 g) salmon, drained, instead of tuna.
