Ingredients

2 1/2 cups (625 mL) red and yellow watermelon, cubbed into bite-sized pieces
4 - 6 radishes, sliced
6 oz (180 g) Canadian feta, cubbed into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp (5 mL) five peppercorn mix, crushed

Preparation

Spear a piece of melon, a slice of radish and a cube of Feta onto each appetizer pick. Arrange on a serving plate.

Sprinkle generously with five peppercorn mix and serve.
