1 banana
2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) honey
3 tbsp (45 mL) flax seeds or wheat germ, (optional)
1 tsp (5 mL) green sugar crystals, (for decorating cookies)
2 Maraschino cherries

Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) Milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen cranberries
1 banana
2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) honey
3 tbsp (45 mL) flax seeds or 
wheat germ, (optional)
1 tsp (5 mL) green sugar crystals, (for decorating cookies)
2 Maraschino cherries

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.

Sprinkle top with green sugar crystals and garnish with a cherry. If shake is too thick, just add some water or milk to the blender.
