Cranberry & Bocconcini Gin Tonic

3 lime slices
1 sprig rosemary
1 Canadian Bocconcini, Halved
Lebanese cucumber slices
1 - 2 oz (30-60 mL) dry gin
1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry juice
1/3 cup (75 mL) tonic water

Ingredients

10 frozen cranberries
5 - 6 ice cubes
3 lime slices
1 sprig rosemary
1 Canadian Bocconcini, Halved
Lebanese cucumber slices
1 - 2 oz (30-60 mL) dry gin
1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry juice
1/3 cup (75 mL) tonic water

Preparation

Place cranberries, ice cubes, lime and rosemary in a highball glass.

Thread Bocconcini and cucumber alternately onto a cocktail pick; add to the glass.

Pour gin and cranberry juice into the glass and top up with tonic water.

Tips

 

Cheese alternatives: Whole Pearl or Mini Canadian Bocconcini.
