7 oz (200 g) Canadian Bocconcini
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 lb (450 g) strawberries, sliced
2–3 tbsp (30–45 mL) fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper
