Preparation

What You Need


Chocolate Caramel:
2 cups (500 ml) chocolate milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) chocolate ice cream (2 scoops)
1/4 cup (60 ml) caramel or
butterscotch sauce

Strawberry Vanilla:
2 cups (500 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) vanilla ice cream (2 scoops)
1 cup (250 ml) chopped strawberries, frozen or fresh
1/4 cup (60 ml) blueberries, frozen or fresh (optional)

Iced Café Latté:
2 cups (500 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) vanilla or
coffee ice cream
2 tbsp (30 ml) instant coffee or
3/4 cup (180 ml) cold strong coffee
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

Instructions

In blender, combine milk, ice cubes, ice cream and desired flavouring; purée until smooth and frothy. Serve in a chilled glass.


Tips

Chill milk in the freezer for 10 min before making these shakes to keep them thick.
