1/2 cup (125 ml) fruit-flavored yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp (15 ml) honey

    sounds good except for the raw egg. I will not eat a raw egg in anything.Danger of salmonella.

    garnish with vanilla ice cream then put in freezer then serve
