Preparation

What You Need

2 cups (500 ml) of milk
2 cups (500 ml) of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) of vanilla flavoured yogurt
2 tbsp (30 ml) of honey

Instructions

In a blender, combine milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt and honey; purée until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

    herbed pumpkin soup add epicure italian garden it is a seasoning and will taste great i have done it and it is on my family;s list allthe time in the winter when i make it.

    add one banana and ice cubes to the all canadian blueberry smoothie, less calories and tasted better and thick
