Thai Peanut Dip

Preparation

What You Need

1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
3 tbsp (45 ml) peanut butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon or
lime juice
1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 ml) minced fresh ginger root
Dash of Hot Pepper sauce- optional

Instructions

Blend ingredients together until smooth.

Use as a dip for vegetables, pita chips, chicken wings or chicken fingers.
