Swiss Lemon Poppy Seed Bagels

Preparation

What You Need

2 poppy seed bagels
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
4 oz (125 g) Canadian Swiss* cheese, sliced
1/3 cup (75 ml) lemon spread or
lemon marmalade

Instructions

Cut each bagel crosswise in half. Toast bagel halves; butter each half. Top with Canadian Swiss cheese and serve with lemon spread.


Tips

* For a change of taste use Canadian Havarti or Canadian Cream cheese.
