Preparation

What You Need

2 cups (500 ml) slim milk
3/4 cup (180 ml) Bran Flakes cereal
1 medium ripe banana, cut up
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
2 ice cubes

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smoothly combined, about 1 minute.

Chill well. Reblend before each serving.
