Pita Pizza Rounds

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Separate each pita into two rounds. Place bread, hollow side up, on baking sheet.
Spread equal amounts of pizza sauce over crusts. Distribute green pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms, or any of your favourite pizza ingredients, equally over the crusts. Top with Canadian Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Canadian Parmesan.
Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Tips
* For thick crust pizzas, use 4 whole pita breads; do not separate them into halves. Use kitchen scissors to cut pizzas into bite-size wedges if desired.
For extra zip, sprinkle each pizza with pickled jalapeño or hot banana pepper rings.
** Or you can use shredded Canadian Provolone or Fontina cheese.
