Mint Buttered Peas

Preparation

What You Need

1/4 cup (50 ml) butter
1/2 tsp (2 ml) dried mint leaves, crushed or
fresh mint leaves, diced
1 pkg (350 g) frozen baby peas
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add mint and peas.

Cover and cook over medium heat, shaking pan frequently, until peas are tender. Remove lid; increase heat. Cook and stir until any excess liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
