I love this smoothie! I am trying to lose weight and reduce my cholesterol, so I added some flax seed oil and psyilium powder and blended very well. Then topped it off with a touch of cinnamon. Delish!

I thought the smoothie was excellent best smoothie I HAVE PROBABLY EVER TASTED!!!!!!!!! If I could add anything it would be a cup of mango juice. Just a tiny bit of mango juice to give it some extra flavor. But overall I loved it, it was so delicious.

When I made the smoothie I would add less ginger. But that is just me. Other than that it was amazing! :)
