Italian Cappuccino Coffee

Our recipe features cappuccino coffee, a warm, relaxing and convivial drink that goes well at the end of a dinner with friends, and makes an excellent breakfast drink too.

Preparation

What You Need

1 cup (250 ml) hot milk
1 cup (250 ml) hot espresso or
strong coffee
2 tsp (10 ml) sugar
Pinch cinnamon
Grated semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

Combine hot milk, hot coffee, sugar and cinnamon in a blender container. Cover and blend at high speed for 10 sec or until frothy.

Pour into cups and sprinkle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
