Havarti Omelet

Preparation

What You Need

8 eggs
1 cup (200 g) crumbled Canadian Havarti cheese
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
Butter
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Green onions, minced
Pepper

Instructions

In a little butter, over low heat, brown green onions, mushrooms and crumbled Canadian Havarti cheese.

Beat eggs* with milk. Season with pepper.

When cheese, green onions, and mushroom mixture is creamy, pour beaten eggs over it. Cook omelet over a medium heat.

* For best results, do not make an omelet with more than 8 eggs, unless using two separate pans.

Serving suggestion:

Serve with toast and green salad.
