Get a Triple Decker Garden Vegetable Bagel on the double

Preparation

What You Need

1 whole wheat or
multi grain bagel
1/4 cup (50 ml) plain or herbed Canadian Cream cheese
6 slices English cucumber
Alfalfa sprouts
2 tbsp (30 ml) shredded carrot

Instructions

Cut bagel into even slices. Spread half the Canadian cream Cheese over bottom layer. Top with cucumber and alfalfa sprouts. Spread remaining cream cheese over middle layer. Top with carrot. Replace top layer.
