What You Need

3/4 cup (175 ml) milk
3/4 cup (175 ml) fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or bananas)
1/4 cup (50 ml) vanilla ice cream
1 ice cube, optional

Combine milk and remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
