Frozen Tiramisu

Instructions
Cream the Canadian Mascarpone in a bowl using an electric mixer. Add ice cream in small quantities at a time. Mix well. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Dip the ladyfingers in coffee and place two cookies in each glass. Fill with ice cream mixture and sprinkle with cocoa. Freeze 2 hours.
Let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
Note: Can be made in a square pan.
For a lighter version, replace the mascarpone with light cream cheese

Use hot chocolate mix as a substitute for coffee for a kid-friendly version. You can also use french vanilla or white chocolate ice cream instead of plain vanilla.
