Fabulous Feta Salad

Preparation

What You Need

1 cup (250 ml) canned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup (250 ml) fresh tomatoes, diced
1 cup (250 ml) green pepper, diced
1 cup (250 ml) Canadian Feta cheese, diced
1/4 cup (60 ml) onion, chopped
1/2 tsp (2 ml) dried oregano
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice or
wine vinegar

Instructions

Combine olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar and oregano. Pour over other ingredients. Toss and season to taste.
