Creamy Guacamole Dip

Preparation

What You Need

1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon or
lime juice
1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of Hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh coriander or
parsley
Salt
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Peel and pit avocado. Purée ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Use as a dip for pita chips, tortillas and vegetable sticks. Use as a sauce on tacos and fajitas.
