Instructions
In a large skillet on high heat, cook bacon until crispy.
Reduce heat and add onions, garlic and pecans. Cook 5 more minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

Easy salad to make. Followed recipe exactly - great combo of ingredients. Everyone loved so I will definately make it again.

Slight modifications based on cheeses in the house, but absolutely delicious! I used old cheddar and blue cheese in place of the feta, and cooked sweet pepper with the onions and garlic (rather than raw green pepper).

This is amazing as a side dish. I misread the recipe, and added the corn/feta/pepper mixture to the pan with the onions and bacon, and continue to heat it until all was hot, and served it as a side dish. It was very good. My son took 3 huge helpings.
