  • 8 oz (250 g) cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 g) Canadian Mozzarella diced
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 g) medium-strong Canadian Cheddar diced
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 g) Canadian Feta crumbled
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • Vinaigrette
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) pesto
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place cherry tomatoes, cheeses and shallots in a salad bowl. Toss gently.
