Cheese and Chicken Quesadillas

Instructions
Place one tortilla on large plate. Spread with salsa and arrange chicken pieces evenly over salsa. Sprinkle with Canadian mild Cheddar or Canadian Monterey Jack cheese. Cover with another tortilla. Repeat three times.
Warm some vegetable oil in large skillet. When hot, slide quesadilla into skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides. Quesadilla can also be cooked on buttered barbecue grill.
Place cooked quesadillas on plate and cut into 4 wedges. Top with sour cream and guacamole. Serve quesadillas cold or hot. Quesadillas can be heated in oven.

I love love love this recipe!! It's soo good!
i just think that maybe you could make a recipe like this (quesadillas) but with more variety in it - like maybe vegetables etc...

I love the recipe!
I just think that it would be great to have this recipe with less calories for people who would like to go on a diet... because 752 calories is alot for 1 serving.
