Caramel Banana Shake-Up

Preparation

What You Need

1 cup (250 ml) cold milk
1/2 medium ripe banana, peeled, quartered
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp (30 ml) caramel or
butterscotch sundae sauce

Instructions

Place milk, banana, ice cream and sundae sauce in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.

    I disagree with Molly-Ann ,and by the way where is your restaraunt?? I am a great chef (5 star) if you want to know.That milkshake would be better with vanilla ice cream,strawberry syrup,strawberry yougurt ,and slices of strawberries!!!Enjoy the best five star milkshake by great chef!!

    It is de-lise-e-oh-so! It tastes a bit better with cooked ham and berries.It has a mouthwatering taste.I feed it to my kids everyday for dessert or for a snack.They invite their friends over to share.
