Preparation

What You Need

1/2 whole grain baguette, sliced and toasted
3 oz (90 g) pâté, to taste
3 oz (90 g) Canadian Blue, sliced
12 (approx.) fresh red grapes, cut in rounds

Instructions

Spread pâté onto each slice of bread.

Top with the Blue cheese and grapes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.


Tips

Pâté may be substituted with terrine or potted meat.

    Instead of grapes you could add cranberry chutney over the pate for more flavour.
    It would be great with the blue cheese!
