Instructions
Combine milk, eggs, banana and orange juice concentrate in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour over bread slices in large shallow pan. Turn slices of bread over once; cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.*
Buttery Orange Marmalade Sauce
Combine 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter and marmalade in small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until smoothly combined; keep warm.
Melt a small amount of butter in frypan. Cook bread slices, part at a time, until golden on both sides; add more butter to pan as needed. Serve with Buttery Orange Marmalade Sauce.
Tips
*Bread may be refrigerated overnight.
