Hey!
Two quick questions:
1. I'm assuming that this dessert is best served chilled or should it be room temperature?
2. any preferred substitutions for the gelatine powder?
Thanks! -

Hello; I was wondering if this recipe could have its ingredients "swapped out" with something a lot less fattening? For instance, would it be more healthy to take out the larger amount of white sugar, and substitute with say, 2 Tbsps. of brown sugar? Thanks everyone for your kind assistance!
