Preparation

What You Need

1 cup (250 ml) cold milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
14 oz (398 ml) 1 can apricot halves*, drained
4 large ice cubes

Instructions

Place milk, yogurt, apricots and ice cubes in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.


Tips

* Or you can use canned peaches, pineapple or mandarin oranges instead of apricots.
