How to Order your 2012 Milk Calendar
If you live in Ontario, the Maritimes, Newfoundland and Labrador, follow these four easy steps to order by mail:
Write your address on a 9" x 12" envelope.
Add $2.06 postage.
Place the self-addressed, stamped envelope inside another envelope.
Please include a note telling us how many calendars you wish to receive (maximum of 2).
Mail the envelope to:

You will receive your calendar(s) in two to three weeks.
