Spiced Hot Chocolate

Preparation

What You Need

2 tbsp (30 ml) cocoa
4 tsp (20 ml) sugar
1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cinnamon
3 cups (750 ml) milk
Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

In large saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar and cinnamon. Add just enough milk to make a smooth paste then stir in remaining milk.

Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
