Silky Chocolate Sauce

Preparation

What You Need

5 1/2 oz (175 g) 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup (75 ml) corn syrup
3/4 cup (175 ml) whipping cream 35 %

Instructions

In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.

Gradually stir in whipping cream. Continue cooking and stirring until hot. Serve warm or cool over ice cream.
