Oriental Barbecued Pork with Pineapple Peanut Sauce

What You Need
Soy Marinade:
Pineapple Peanut Sauce:
Instructions
Slice pork in thin strips or cubes; toss with soy marinade; let stand one hour or more.
Pour milk over coconut; let stand 15 min.
Heat butter in a saucepan, add onion and garlic; cook until softened. Stir in curry powder and ginger. Add milk and coconut, pineapple and peanut butter; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Thread pork on small skewers. Barbecue or broil until well-browned and cooked (approx. 5 min). Serve with warm sauce.
