Unfortunately, for people diagnosed with Celiac or a Wheat Allergy, some yogurts (especially flavoured ones) will contain modified corn starch or modified milk ingredients which can contain gluton. The company must be called and confirm whether they guarantee their product is gluton-free (GF).
I usually create substitutions for items that I am not sure about - so I replaced the vanilla yogurt with either GF Yogurt or GF Sour Cream and then added 1tsp of Vanilla to it. I blended it well, and had a fabulous recipe that still tasted great!
