Festive Smoothie For 2

Preparation

What You Need

2 cups (500 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen cranberries
1 banana
2-3 tsp (10-15 ml) honey
3 tbsp (45 ml) flax seeds or wheat germ (optional)
1 tsp (5 ml) green sugar crystals (for decorating cookies)
2 Maraschino cherries

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth. Sprinkle top with green sugar crystals and garnish with a cherry. If shake is too thick, just add some water or milk to the blender.
