Egg, Tomato and Cheese Salad

Preparation

What You Need

4 cups (1 l) torn salad greens
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3 oz (100 g) thinly sliced Canadian Mozzarella cheese
4 tomatoes, sliced
Black olives (optional)
1/3 cup (75 ml) herb vinaigrette

Instructions

Divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates. Arrange egg, Canadian Cheddar cheese, and tomato slices on top of lettuce, overlapping slices. Garnish with black olives.

Drizzle dressing over top. Serve immediately.
