Preparation

What You Need


Banana Breakfast Booster:
2 1/2 cups (750 ml) milk
2 eggs
1 medium banana quartered
2 tbsp (30 ml) liquid honey
1/3 cup (80 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Strawberry Starter:
2 cups (500 ml) milk
2 eggs
1 cup (250 ml) sliced frozen strawberries, thawed

Pineapple-Grapefruit Lift:
2 cups (500 ml) milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed pineapple
1/3 cup (80 ml) frozen sweetened grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp (30 ml) liquid honey

Wake-Up Shake-Up:
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 ml) drained sliced canned peaches
1/3 cup (80 ml) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Instructions

Combine ingredients for each drink in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
