According to scientific studies, consuming milk products, along with fruits and vegetables, could have significant benefits for lowering blood pressure.

Did you know that hypertension is the leading risk for death in Canada and that more than 5 million Canadians suffer from this condition?1 If left untreated, hypertension can lead to serious complications, particularly in terms of cardiovascular health. But there's good news! Reliable evidence has shown that milk product intake may play a significant role in reducing blood pressure. In fact, the DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) - which is rich in fruits and vegetables and milk products - has been shown to prevent and manage blood pressure in at-risk individuals.2 Although milk products are not a miracle cure, they clearly contribute significantly to improved blood pressure control as part of a healthy lifestyle.
