ADL Mild Cheddar is carefully aged for about 3 months, and has a subtle milky flavour and slightly springy texture. Kids love it and it's perfect on a slice of apple pie. Leave it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving to enjoy the full cheddar flavour.

Niagara Gold is a cheese fill of milki goodness that is sure to charm with its distinct mild and sweet flavours. While still young, it offers hints of hazelnut; when it ages, it matures into a cheese that is more robust and pronounced in flavour.

Tomme de Grosse-Île

This non-pasteurized, semi-soft, brushed crust cheese is well matured and its woody aroma and lightly acidulated flavour sways towards fruity. Tomme de Grosse-Île has a buttery fragrance and hazelnut taste, which peps up as it ages. It is also reminiscent of the rich and salty notes of parmesan.
