What About Organic Milk?

For the moment, there is not enough research indicating that organic milk is healthier than conventional milk. Both types of milk are excellent choices.

Both organic and conventional milk have to meet the same strict standards, and neither one contains antibiotics or artificial growth hormones. They are also nutritionally identical, as they have the same amount of calcium, vitamin D and other nutrients.
