Stir-Fried Cheddar-Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp (25 mL) butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cauliflower sliced
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Milk
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) cornstarch
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian Cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter on high heat and add garlic. Cook for 15 seconds and add cauliflower. Stir well.

Meanwhile, mix milk, cornstarch and curry paste in a bowl. Stir into skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted.
